[ja-discuss] [翻訳]ソルバーの用語について

遠藤です。
ソルバー関係の翻訳をやっていて、疑問点があったので相談させて下さい。

LibreOffice 3.5.x - UI ≫ nlpsolver / help / en /
com.sun.star.comp.Calc.NLPSolver.po
LibreOffice 3.5.x - UI ≫ nlpsolver / src / locale.po
以上のファイルに "stagnation" という用語が度々出ているのですが、現状では "よどみ" と
翻訳されています。
しかし、これだと意味がさっぱり不明なので、どう翻訳すればいいかを考えていました。

OOo の Wiki[1] によると、どうも ”値の収束” を意味しているように思われるのですが、いまいち
自信が持てません。

何か他にいいアイディアはありませんでしょうか。
