私も参加しようかと検討中です。
ちょうど documentfoundation.org の Pootle で LibreOffice 3.4 向け翻訳の
準備が整いつつあります。
これまでのバージョンとはやや異なり、ソースコードの module 構成に沿った
形でメッセージが一覧にされています。またヘルプの文字列も翻訳できます。
