Prva su navodni znakovi. Sada u lokalizacijskoj datoteci za duple navodne znakove stoji ", ali problem je u tome što to nije dobro. Ali to je pogrešno. I Word koristi „ te “. Tko god piše važnije dokumente zakinut je za automatsko otvaranje i zatvaranje tih znakova, a ne može bogme koristiti ni ". Znam da smo svi naučeni na ", ali meni je to labav argument.

U 47. retku stoji /DoubleQuotationStart/ što bi značilo otvaranje duplih navodnih znakova, a u 48. stoji /DoubleQuotationEnd/ što bi značilo zatvaranje duplih navodnih znakova. Ovo 'duplih' stoji za otvaranje i zatvaranje navodnika.
