May I ask the reason, just to know what to say when asked.
It doesn't make sense to translate the CVEs.

Now I noticed that in the past the intro section was available for translation. The language on 
the security mailing list is English, though, so I'm not sure what the point was. I suppose I 
could turn the page into an .html layout file and put the translatable content into a .toml file 
such as in the case of download, footer etc. But first I would like to hear the opinion of the 
people who handle the security reports.

That's the point I was referring too. Not meaning to translate CVEs but just the "header".
