Hello, we received a comment on the user list mentioning that the
button that appears in the lower-left corner when opening LibreOffice
26.2.3.2 links to a URL that no longer exists.
Given this, it would be helpful to know if there is any prospect of
restoring the ability to translate the slugs or if it is necessary to
adopt a different policy for link management, such as pointing to the
international site.
This has a negative impact and will certainly cause some people to
refrain from making any kind of financial contribution to the project.
Hi,
can you share the URL and the steps to access it exactly? I could not
reproduce the issue.

This is the referred button
https://i.postimg.cc/sgFgs0fJ/LOsnapshot.png
which tries to open this URL https://es.libreoffice.org/colabora/?
pk_campaign=hub&pk_kwd=program
Ok, so the steps were to run with the Spanish UI and click the button.
Here you can see the relevant code:
https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+/fc1af7dd2c10d36a5dfbe0a3125ff009361f522f/sfx2/source/appl/appserv.cxx#663
We can simulate it by accessing this URL:
https://hub.libreoffice.org/donation/?BCP47=es-ES&LOlang=es
So somewhere in this "hub" the Spanish link is defined. I don't have
access to this hub thing.
About localised slugs, now I tested it and it's enough to add slugs to
the front matter of the English source content and they will be
extracted by hugo-gettext just fine. Then I just need to adapt the
language selector template.
