Agenda
======
* Ongoing migration
  + Hypervisors currently have 8, 10, 12, 5 VMs left
    - 56%, 66%, 72%, 28% CPUs
    - 19%, 23%, 34%, 17% memory used atm by the respective balloons
    - matomo and grimoire dashboard to be moved by the end of the year, should
      free most resources on excelsior
    - vm168 (website) and vm185 (mirrorbrain) to remain on manitu for now
  + guilhem: want to move gimli, dev-downloads and downloadarchive this year too
    (low resource needs but large disks)
    - cloph: could merge downloadarchive (vm186) with crashreport (vm171) and
      use a metal host so cpu/ram isn't wasted
    - backend ACLs are identical, symbol uploads are done via API not shell
    - right now crashreports occasionally vomits error filling disks in no time,
      this would need to be muted or /var/log under quota / separate FS if we
      don't want to DoS the other services
    - otherwise a storage box would do (difference is 30€/month)
  + cloph: vm216_internal can be shutdown after the 7.4.4 RC2 (2022w52), vm216
    (public) is offline already
  + need an SSH jumphost to reach the vm216_internal replacement (signing
    doesn't happen there but not publicly reachable for good hygiene)
    - guilhem: can move vm147 there, no reason for it to be at manitu anymore
    - guilhem: want a sane way to reach each box (cloud/metal) from monitoring
      anyway , ideally directly without middlebox
      . ipsec prefered solution for now
  + callgrind (vm139) could be merged with something else on a metal box to fill
    up unused cpus, but is using a non-standard baseline so probably better to
    use a cloud vm here
  + guilhem: will shutdown an (probably 2) hypervisor after moving matomo
    - gluster volumes will loose quorum, so move all images to local disks beforehand
* Vacation handover
* Next call: Jan 17 (guilhem absent) or Feb 21
