Agenda
======
 * Short roundtable intro for John
 * John, based in the UK, used a sysadmin some years ago and looking forward
   to brushing knowledge off and contributing to the project
   + guilhem to provision a VM for John, aiming at test instance of
     https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/3097
 * guilhem: FYI didn't update the update check service for 7.3.7
 * Ongoing migration
   + 4 services to go tonight/tomorrow night: [matrix], wiki, discourse, redmine
   + cloph: maxed out the number of VMs already, need to contact hetzner and ask
     if they can raise it
   + no subnet atm, main advantage is to simplify the firewall rules and with
     the network config refactoring this is no longer a dealbreaker (guilhem)
   + haven't set up internal links yet, this can be done later for communication
     within RDBS cluster or backup (and is needed for monitoring)
   + guilhem: status of
     - vm220 → unused, guilhem to shutdown
     - vm217_centos → unused, guilhem to shutdown
     - vm219 → these days it builds the wasm thing
     - vm216_internal → used for releases, need to be somewhere not publicly
       reachable (ssh jumhost or VPN)
     - vm139 → needs a lot cpu (should have 4+ cores/threads) but not so much
       space; cloph: not a big deal if it's down for a few days
       . can be redeployed on centos7 (atm it's the only box using fedora)
       . doesn't need to be publicly available (can use jnlp for jenkins)
     - vm168, vm185: can stay at manitu for the time being, to be later
       decommissioned by the replacements hugo baseline resp. mirrobits
       . also if download.tdf changes IP we might need to poke mirror operators
     - vm145 (CI): needs a way to schedule builds on internal bots (VPN, jnlp,
       ipsec, whatever)
     - vm194, vm202: keep them at Manitu for now due to IP reputation
 * cloph: want to upgrade Weblate this year, ideally week Dec 5 to Dec 11
   + guilhem to upgrade OS the week before
 * Next call: Dec 20, 17:30 UTC
