Hello,

Someone pointed out that a few blog posts with technical details about
building LibreOffice are a bit out-of-date now, eg:

https://blog.documentfoundation.org/blog/2019/07/09/start-developing-libreoffice-download-the-source-code-and-build-on-windows/

However, many people reach these pages from search engines, so we don't
just want to delete them completely.

I can add a big yellow banner at the top saying "This information has
been superceded by the guide in the wiki" and point people there, but I
just wanted to check what others think, in case there are better ideas!

I have noticed that omgubuntu.co.uk just has a blanket banner placed on any post over one year old. For instance, https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2016/08/enable-bash-windows-10-anniversary-update

Not sure if such an implementation belongs here but I have found it useful when I stumble on a page from them every now and then.
