Hi. During the hackfest in Hamburg I noticed that install_cygwin.ps1 did not install python3 (tested on a 64 bit system). In fact it only installs python, due to a dependency from git. It turns out the -P flags needs a bit of reordering, and then it works as expected. I have attached the new install_cygwin.ps1, since it is stored somewhere on our web server.
