Ladies & Gentlemen,
I am using LibreOffice 3.6.
For the first time ever, I had a problem with the software as follows: I highlighted and "cut" a
very large portion (several pages long) of a letter I was drafting and sought to move it and
"paste" it in to a new location within the letter.
When I sought to "paste" that portion in to its new location, the program instead inexplicably
copied the paragraph immediately above the new location. Despite repeated attempts to "paste" the
large "cut" portion of the letter as I have done countless times before, I could not do so.
I assume the "cut" portion is lost forever. I have not closed the letter, but have saved it. If I
am wrong and the lost portion of the letter can be retrieved, please do let me know asap.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Schaub
