Merging existing accounts is a low priority in my mind. There are a
few neat things we can do if we have 90% or 100% adoption of SSO
systems throughout the project, but I'm more than happy to just let
existing users stick with their current setup and push SSO for new
contributors. If we make SSO the preferable choice, most active
LibreOffice contributors will switch over of their own volition.
This is, of course, assuming that we can maintain legacy accounts for
existing users when we enable SSO accounts for new ones!
