And in regard to the website view issue,

"That's odd.
Did you use Windows Vista with IE9 as I mentioned?
N.B. I ruled out influence of any add-ons, testing it with IE9 with add-ons
disabled. Same result."
Anything else I can try to look for any cause of the issue?
And is there any need to post to Redmine now that I brought it to your
attention over here on the mailing list?
If so - where and how, exactly?
