The LibreOffice.org website does not display all characters, for some reason. Some texts are unreadable. It is the same issue that was reported here for Firefox: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Bug-80041-New-Other-Website-is-not-displaying-all-characters-under-Firefox-29-01-td4112411.html And probably it is the same issue that was reported here for Firefox and Pale Moon, although I cannot tell for sure because I can't see what was in the included image: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/LibreOffice-Homepage-display-is-missing-characters-UNCLASSIFIED-td4112590.html N.B. I could have replied in either one of those two mentioned threads, but as those were limited to Firefox and Pale Moon (based on Firefox), I chose to open a new thread regarding all browsers, including Internet Explorer - even though that could be considered as somewhat redundant.
