[libreoffice-website] Login allowed - but how can I register?

Hi,

I wanted to put a question on the Ask-Site. Login is shown... 
http://ask.libreoffice.org/en/account/signin/?next=/en/

But how can I register? This seems to be top-secret or is it restricted? 
Asking for registration in the search box only produces non-sensical 
answers.

My question is simple: If I were to install Libre Office, could I import 
documents from my Corel WorkPerfect Office Suite .wpd without them being 
changed in any way???

I take the opportunity to inform you that the links on this page:

either just open the same page again or produce a server error. The 
links don't work.
