Well first we have to move relevant pages and then updating the old links
(ideally). (my part as we have a spam filter installed for not moving too
many pages at once)

Well then the "transformation" is getting a bit tricky: we have to find a
way how to automate this system. I think this could be done by either 
        * an specialized extension
Or by
        * using the programming / script language LUA (requires another
extension).

At the moment I don't know if there is a specialized extension nor did I
ever developed a script in LUA. (Yay learning a new language! :-p)

Although I have enough time at the moment to learn a new language, I don't
know how fast I would be able to present some results...
