A popular solution in various wikis is to create different categories
(subcategories) for templates (grouping them by for eq. role), but use
still one, default namespace "Template:". For ODF-Templates whe should
create category named "ODF-Templates". To avoid confusion, I suggest
calling the main category for templates as "Wikipedia Templates".

So, I think we should:
1. Move all templates from "Template" and "Templates" category, to new
"Wikipedia Templates" category.
2. Consider whether the current templates can be grouped in some way - if
so, create an appropriate subcategory.
3. Leave the default namespace "Template" (in category, we are grouping
Templates. Using namespace we are pointing to one Template).

What do you think about this solution?
