Well - I'd love to improve the detection, but that' s only possible if
your browser's user agent sends some bit of info that makes this
possible. When you go to the Download-page, please view the
source-code of it in your browser. At line 72ff there's your browser's
user-agent string that is used to guess the correct DL type.
If there is some info that identifies it as a deb-based system (either
the distro's name or a renamed-for-extra-licence-clearance stuff or
similar), please post it. Or if you have another idea on how to
determine the platform with means apart from using the user-agent
string: let us know :-)
