I have been getting multiple emails of changes to wiki pages from
Adailton who is apparently doing some wiki maintenance. If you look on
her/his page here[1] there seems to be a chart of some of the work done.
If there are going to be so many changes, Adailton should maybe announce
of her/his doing a clean-up to the website group so that we are aware of
the wiki clean-up.
Or have I missed a message on this?
I would be concerned that some of templates or files may be
inadvertently moved/deleted when some have been archived for a reason
that Adailton may not be aware of.
Yeh, I'm still around and busy on another project, but back in full
swing pretty soon.
Good to see you there and hope everything is in order for you :)
From what I've seen of his/her work, he/she is taking care of adding
categories to the pages who are missing them. You could still add your
concerns to his/her discussion page.
Cheers

Hi Sophie
I got a few Wiki updates with his/her name on them and asked Marc about
one that he updated for me a while back.
I agree that it would have been nice to know about the Wiki updating so
I would be prepared to see all of these emails.
By the way,
What I wondered was why someone decided to delete a page that I created
and worked on, and I never got a notice he/she did that. I found out
when I wanted to do some more editing on that page. So we get a message
about changes, but none when the page gets deleted by someone.
I made a page about some work arounds for duplex printing, if for some
reason your Linux printer driver/system was not getting the message from
LO that you are printing a duplex document. I had one that did that.
There was a single chack-box that was in the Linux
Tools/Options/etc./etc. dialog that needed to be checked, plus that
check-box was not in the Windows version of the same LO version number.
IT was not really a LO issue, but a printer issue that needed a
different "option" to get it working. One of my network printers worked
fine, while the other needed that check-box to be checked to work. The
fact that the check-box was not there for the Windows install but for
the Debian install, did not help either. I spent a lot of list/thread
emails trying to fix the problem but it was a fluke that I found the
solution when no one could figure it out over a month of time on the
lists. This was a year or more ago and I no longer have that printer
part of my network.
