BitDefender can block building of libreoffice. When the CVE
test-documents used by the unit-tests are unscrambled, BitDefender
detects those malicious documents and the test cannot open the
document and thus fails).
I asked the user to file a report with them.
I'm not aware that BitDefender does monitor web-browsing.
