Problem description:
There have been numerous attempts to SPAM the AskLO site and one technique is
to place comments in old questions. Because comments do not cause the question
to move to the front page they can go unnoticed for some time. It may help if
comments had a "flag offensive" option like questions and answers (refer
highlighted areas of attached screenshot). Currently all questions / answers
flagged in this manner send a notification to the inbox of moderators.

Current behavior: Comments containing SPAM can presently only be deleted

Expected behavior: Comments containing SPAM can be flagged as offensive
Operating System: All
Version: release
