[libreoffice-website] Ask: Enable 'same editor as for questions and answers'

Hi Ask peeps,

We started a conversation about the 'Editor for the comments' field a
week or so ago but didn't finish it.

Even if we might get a bit more spam, I'm still leaning towards
enabling the 'same editor', as comments can't currently include hard
returns or other formatting to make them halfway readable.

Thoughts?

(Re: Spam, perhaps if we improved some of the review pages for user
contributions, that would make it easier to deal with spammers?  I
guess we'd still generally want to read comments and answers in the
context of the original question..)
