Another Idea I've had it that it could link to some sort of "Statutes"
page on TDF.org which has links to both versions.

Or we could just put "Satutes (German)" an keep the current link.

These are the binding German statutes. Perhaps we could have the EN
version first then an oblique line with Satzung like this:

... Statutes (non-binding translation)/Satzung (German binding statutes)
...

This may be less confusing to our EN website visitors and should not
push that section of the footer over the 3 lines that it occupies now on
most 19" monitors..
