I've installed Etherpad on a test server (kudos to Jonathan for the
server) and done some preliminary testing. The install process is very
simple and should be easy to add to TDF infrastructure.
I'm happy to share my step-by-step notes, but they're nothing more than
* install packages (and nodejs from source)
* new user for etherpad
* set up mysql db and user
* run Etherpad
What's our next step here?
