Is there a time stamp for users who have done nothing yet before the script
delete them? Let me explain: Will the script delete users who registrated
last week/last month but have done nothing yet?

The page above lists a "--ignore-touched (number of days)" option, so
I assume that is the switch to only look at users that were created at
least <number of days> ago.

It is not very important but:
Is it possible to delete marked spam accounts by that way so that they don't
get credit points?

Don't understand what you mean with credit points. But that script
won't help for that, as spammers do edit stuff to place their spam.
(Unless the user name itself is the spam, but that is a tiny fraction
of spammers, if at all)

ciao
Christian
