Is there a time stamp for users who have done nothing yet before the 
script delete them? Let me explain: Will the script delete users who 
registrated last week/last month but have done nothing yet?

It is not very important but:
Is it possible to delete marked spam accounts by that way so that they 
don't get credit points?
