That should be done via the NL websites as most of them use the download
page template, see here

Interesting. At least on the QA side, we've considered putting the
more constant information on the website (silverstripe), and put
things that change more often (e.g. download links) on the wiki. That
way anyone can update the content. But maybe it would be easier for
the NLPs if they use the download page template, as you suggest.
