[libreoffice-website] new feature: getting list of subscribers

Hello,

I've just enabled a new mailing list manager feature: List owners can 
now get a list of the subscribers directly, without manual intervention 
needed from infra. ;-)

To do so, you need to send from the address that is configured as list 
owner/moderator an e-mail to

        listname+list@domain

As an example:

        discuss+list@de.libreoffice.org
or
        users+list@global.libreoffice.org

In case you do not get any reply after some time, chances are you are 
sending from the wrong address. In that case, please ping infra via 
hostmaster@documentfoundation.org and I'll investigate.
