I've finally translated what was missing in the file mysite-it.po, using
pootle. What do I have to do now, to make changes visible on the website
page?

I usually wait for Rimas to do and export and send me the php files
that are the result of the export. If it is only a few strings, I
might add them manually if you provide it in the php-form...
