I'll chat with Jonathan and we'll come up with a game plan for
testing. We'll probably do a little prep work and get familiar with
the tools on the volatile VM, then once there's a stable VM, we'll
invite more people to the testing party.



Thanks a lot! FYI, the VM will be based on Ubuntu 11.10 (after the
migration, it will be 12.04).
