the wiki was the first option we tried out, but several admins were not
overly happy with it, so we moved to RST files. From there, one can
create a wide range of supported formats, so it sounds like a good choice.
I personally don't mind in what form I receive documentation (although
RST is preferred, of course, since that lowers our amount of work) - as
long as I receive any documentation at all. It was quite shocking to see
how much stuff is running I wasn't even aware of at all...
