Hi At 13:00 UTC, no Brazilian mirrors had 4.0 for download. Are the mirrors synched after our announcements? is that working as designed? (I thought they were synched prior to the announcement in order to balance the load at peak times - I am right now sent to a mirror in US for d/l...)
