Do you want a subsite like http://sid.libreoffice.org  ?  or else?
The "sid" part is kind of free to your choice.

I'll add your language to our silverstripe cms and will wait for your
response before I create the subsite.

There is not much information available online on Sidama except [1]
"Very little is written in Sidamo. As far as we know, the only printed
literature to date is the Bible, written in Amharic characters.

Thanks for your attempt to change this situation (which is hard to
believe anyways).

So please provide the correct native name and spelling (preferably
unicode) for this page [2].
