Yes, I did look at all the mockups. I brought up the issue because the 
last "update" to the download page was an all-or-nothing job - you 
either got the default new download page which couldn't be modified or 
you stuck with the old style. I had, perhaps erroneously, assumed that 
this would be a similar all-or-nothing new download page.
