I'm Yasu working at Japanese NLT.
I'd like to translate http://donate.libreoffice.org/ to Japanese.
Someone already granted you the privileges without mentioning it here :-)
I saw there's German translation already.
So there must be the way to make Japanese translation anywhere!
Can you show me how to translate it?
And can you assign me a role to do the work? (if necessary)
Login to
* https://donate.libreoffice.org/admin ,
* if the language of the site-tree is not english, choose english from
the dropdown at the left to see the english page(s).
* Select the page you want to translate (currently there is only one,
the "Start" one)
* In the right area select the "translations" tab.
* Choose "Japanese" from the dropdown and click "create new translation"
This will then create a new page in the japanese part of the subsite
(that you can see/access later when choosing Japanese from the
dropdown in the left) with the English page's content both as
reference as well as initial content.
HTH,
ciao
Christian
