[libreoffice-website] Translation of the donation page to Japanese

Hello

I'm Yasu working at Japanese NLT.

I'd like to translate http://donate.libreoffice.org/ to Japanese.

I saw there's German translation already.
So there must be the way to make Japanese translation anywhere!

Can you show me how to translate it?
And can you assign me a role to do the work? (if necessary)

Most Japanese people are not good at reading English texts.
Japanese translation is really important to attract Japanese donors.
