[libreoffice-website] donation link

Hello,

is there an easy way to link menu items to an external website, without 
using mod_rewrite magic?

I'd like to have
http://www.libreoffice.org/get-involved/donate/
and
redirected to
http://donate.libreoffice.org
to have everything in website soon. :)
