You should still be able to use the page, even when piwik or the
paypal form is not rendered/downloaded. (but you browser might not
fill-in the login details for you until the page is fully loaded)
Piwik should not block anymore since the database was converted to
another engine, but it has been affected by the performance issues we
had until today.
So please watch it a few times from now on, and if it still is a
problem, then we can have a look.
