Could we test this somehow? Is it possible to remove PayPal and Piwik
calls for
the login page selectively? (And - if this works - maybe they could also

removed generally for logged-in users?)
Piwik does our statistics afaik, so it should not be removed globally.
I think all these problems are related to the increasing load of our
servers.
