I am just forwarding this on the Michael Meeks (dev) and Jean Hollis 
Weber (documentation). Could we have your advise on this?

Also:
Do the "readme" files on the installer packages need to be referred back 
to a website page? Was this done for archival purposes?
Could the "readme" file just be re-written so that they discuss versions 
just in a generic way with no reference to any particular LibreOffice 
version?
