There was talk recently on the marketing list of making available LibreOffice buttons for external website use very much like the "Get Firefox" buttons[1].

My questions are these:

If we could offer a variety of buttons for external use, could we also host these images on our servers? If we could host them on our servers, where would be the best place to store the buttons, would the wiki be better or would there be a better place for them to be store?

If we were to offer these buttons as well as host them, would there be a way to monitor how many sites were linking to them?
