@Florian: Can we claim that they are using our brand without permission?

I consider this bad practise.
From my POV the community way for sucht thing, was to improve the
download infrastructure for testing and instead of threatening them,
welcome people's efforts doing advertisment for the project. As the
poster obviously doesn't take advantage of his post in a bad way we
should obstain from this.
