I agree with JBF, until the insane install process is cleaned up, my
locale will be sticking with the old-style download page where I can
give specific info.

I do not want use the "simple download" page for French speaking
website. The previous complete version is far better. The new one
provides a false simplicity which does not help the user to understand
the installation process. So, for the French speaking website, I will
keep the download page as we have designed it after discussion on our
