Some even don't provide a link for download. Maybe a change in original
templates can fix this. Btw, I have switched the template to "simple
download" in SilverStripe and it worked fine, although I'm not completely
satisfied with the template.

I do not want use the "simple download" page for French speaking
website. The previous complete version is far better. The new one
provides a false simplicity which does not help the user to understand
the installation process.
So, for the French speaking website, I will keep the download page as we
have designed it after discussion on our fr-discuss mailing list.
