[libreoffice-website] Portuguese website localization and mirror offering

I,

my name is Flávio Moringa and I'm the Caixa Mágica Linux project leader.

Caixa Mágica is the main Portuguese Linux distribution. We are an Ubuntu
based distribution, but without any official connection with Ubuntu, we
don't even use their repositories, being totally independent.
We have major projects in our country, with well over 1 million machines
deployed using Linux Caixa Mágica.

We would like to offer our help to the Libreoffice community, mainly in two
ares for now:

1. As a mirror for the stable versions (eventually unstable too);
2. Helping with the Portuguese localization of the website (
http://pt.libreoffice.org/), by colaborating with the current maintainers.
