Not sure actually. wouldnt something like this be a good thing to
have it left as is as it would be a way to encourage participation
and get people to post in the forums
I don't think it really matters. We are trying to make the use of
forum as easy as possible for our users. This would only be another
hurdle for newcomers. They would not be able to PM people if they are
in real need of help.
I notice that JForum PM is on for everyone.
Will ask on the phpbb irc channel and adjust accordingly to make sure
they are on
