New publishers need to request permission on list or can I add them?
Please post the email addresses here and the kind of perms requested, we
will unlock them.
Easiest way is to copy the sourcecode from the english pages you want,
and paste it into the html editor of the new pages you'll generate at
your subsite and translate it then. So you'll keep most of the formatting.
How can I copy and paste the source code? I dont want to buil my own site.
Just want to copy the default and translate it.
We do not use the built in translating feature any more for some
disadvantages concerning the VirtualSubsitePages and other.
You will have to create the pages you want. Maybe Paolo could provide
you the pt-br code as textfiles you can paste and adapt.
Important is to set the link to your 'Homepage' as .../home (tab
metadata) or to define the correct url further down on this tab to make
sure Silverstripe recognizes it as the 'home' page.
We offer different 'page-types' e.g. for Download, donations or feeds,
you will have to choose the right type to get the features you expect,
just ask here for details in case.
This is used when creating pages. in dropdown box right?
exactly
On top of the admin panel you may choose 'Website Project' to find our
documentation for e.g. Photoshuffler and other nice features.
Cant find it.
On top of the admin panel is a small dropdown showing 'Portugese NL
Project' when you login, there you choose 'Website project' and 'English
(US)' from the language dropdown in the left column.
Cheers
Erich
