the reviewer has to look over newly created projects and decide, if they fit in our
software / license policy and are usefull (not spam or something similar). Reviewers
should also look around inside the repository (site), if there is some new content
(files etc.) that don't match our goals and policy.
Does this explain the todos of a reviewer sufficient for you? If you need more
information, please ask again more specific.
