Ok - one more quick note on this - there is of course the case where the
file changes versions - for instance the French dictionary you mentioned
in another email, the file name if I understand correctly, changed from
xxxx-v4.1 to xxx-4.2 (or something akin to that) and in this case then
yes I think we should add the new file, keep the new name and relink to
the file in the HTML.
