In any case - this is what it will work/look like once the
announcement is made and the files are on mirrors:
http://pumbaa.documentfoundation.org:7780/download/

I.e. you get both versions offered, 3.4.0 is first, 3.3.2 is second.
(note that the download links for 3.4.0 won't work unless the files
are actually published, so no comments like "but the links are all
broken please :-))

Once there is a decision on how to present it, the pages can be
adjusted, but with this there is at least a working solution.
