I've also created a wiki page where I listed my ideas about what other

Oh, I get it: the /wiki/ part is unneeded. The link is
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Litmus_TODO .
Feel free to add your ideas to the list or, even
better, implement them, because I have zero experience with Perl and all
my coding is just hackery. I think if we would decide to keep using and
maintaining Litmus, we could even set up a VCS repo for it.
ok, this is something to think seriously and really if some of you
have experience with Perl, please jump in to help Rimas and the whole
QA process.
Actually, after setting up Litmus, I became aware that there are many
more open source TCM solutions, so we're not bound to using and
maintaining Litmus. ;) If anyone has time and is willing to invest it
into evaluating the TCM tools available, please do. Googling for this
topic ( http://www.google.com/search?q=open+source+tcm&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
) reveals at least two comparison pages in top10 results (well, for me
at least), one of them in French. ;) So this investigation might be a
rather small one. By the way, we've actually had a help offer, I'm
cc'ing its author here too.
P.S. the URL to access our Litmus installation is
https://tcm.documentfoundation.org/ .
Regards,
Rimas
